It is in the interest of our accommodation facility to protect your data and undertakes not to distribute any data without your written consent.
 

Data about the user is collected by Holiday house Dom&San only for the purpose of business cooperation. Personal data about the user is processed only when necessary and may include:

  • contact information such as address, telephone number, e-mail address
  • nationality
  • date of birth
  • passport information if you are a guest and this information is required for the tourist tax
We collect special categories of personal data only when necessary, such as to fulfill your specific requests (for example, when you provide us with your health information, including that about mobility difficulties, to ensure that your requests are met) or to provide a service (for example, to ensure that cancellations comply with our rental terms).
 
We generally collect personal data directly from you. If you have booked through one of our booking partners, we will receive your details from them. We can also receive your data from other guests from your company.
 
Holiday house Dom&San collects user data by visiting our online (web) pages, where it is data associated with network identifiers (Internet protocol addresses and cookie identifiers, such as Google Analytics for tracking user interaction).
